  • Our hours vary throughout the year, and each area of the Resort differs slightly. Click here to see the hours for each area of the Resort.

  • No, the campground is not open all year. Weather permitting, we tend to open in April, usually closing at the end of October.

  • Old Barn Campground: Check-In is after 3 PM. Check-Out is by Noon.

    The Rooms: Check-In is after 3 PM. Check-Out is by 10 AM.

  • You must be 21 years old to rent a campsite or a room.

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to reservation require an $8 processing fee. Cancellations made after 2 weeks prior to reservation result in forfeiting the first night's deposit.

    Regarding Holiday Reservations: Cancellations made prior to 1 month before reservation require an $8 processing fee. Cancellations made within 1 month of reservation result in forfeiting the first night's deposit.

  • Limit one household per site. Limit one RV/Camper like unit per site. One additional tent is permitted on sites for members currently living at household that made initial reservation. Otherwise additional site must be reserved.

    Limit one household per tent sites. There is a two tent maximum on tent sites. More than two tents require more than one site.

    Eight person maximum per site.

  • Pricing is based off of two people per site, per night. $5 fee per additional adult, per night. $3 fee per additional child, per night.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the Barn, which includes both the Restaurant and Rooms.

    Pets are allowed in the Old Barn Campground. Pets must be supervised and kept on a leash, not to exceed 6 feet. They cannot pose a disturbance or danger to other campers. Owners are expected to clean up after their pets.

  • For the safety of children at play, the speed limit throughout the campground is 5 mph.

  • There are picnic tables and fire rings at each campsite throughout the Campground. Please do not move any of the tables or fire rings. Only charcoal or wood should be burned in the fire grill.

  • ATVs and motor bikes are not allowed.

    Rivers Bend golf carts are not allowed in the Old Barn Campground.

    Personal golf carts are permitted. Drivers need to be at least 16 years of age or older.

  • As guests of the Resort, you have free access to our pool. We aim to open the pool the first weekend of May and keep it open through mid-October. Pool hours are Sunday - Thursday, 9 AM - 9 PM. Friday & Saturday, 9 AM - 10 PM.

  • We have firewood for sale for inside the Barn.

  • We have 6 and 20 lb bags of ice for sale inside the Barn.

  • There are numerous restrooms on the property, all of which include showers. See other side of map for locations.

    Showers do cost $.25 per 7 minutes of shower use.

    • Quarters only.

    • Only add one quarter per shower.

    Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided on each queen bed. As for the bunks, there is a fitted sheet on each mattress, as well as a pillow and blanket.

  • Alcoholic beverages are restricted to the campsite for those 21 or older. Beverages must be purchased at Bar for Rivers Bend Golf Course.

  • Fireworks (including sparklers), firecrackers, explosives of any kind are not permitted.

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. No loud music, excessive noise, or disorderly conduct will be tolerated, and can result in removal from Resort.

  • Smoking is prohibited in the Barn, Rooms, restrooms and pool area.

  • Active and retired military personnel receive a 10% discount. Military ID is required.

    Show your Good Sam membership card when checking in and you will receive a 10% discount.

  • Campers are responsible for securing their personal property, including, but not limited to, their campers and contents, vehicles, tents, or any other personal property. The campground, its owners, agents, and employees are not responsible or liable for theft or loss of any kind, nor damage caused by acts of God, fires, floods, windstorms, explosions, lightening strikes, accidents, or vandalism. Campers are responsible for maintaining insurance on their campers, vehicles, and personal property.

  • Rates quoted more than one year in advance are tentative and subject to change.

  • Campsites and Rooms may be reserved up to 365 days in advance, and are available to book on a first come, first served basis.

  • If an emergency requires immediate assistance from the police, fire department, or ambulance, call 911.

    If there’s a weather emergency, you may take shelter in any of the bathroom units throughout the Resort and/or take shelter in the community area of the Rooms in the basement of the Barn.
